Can anyone tell me where I can buy the past years' PSLE exam papers? Do they come with the answers as well?

try the school bookshop. My son, just bought the 2014-2016 copies from sch bookshop at $1 each.
Its half price of popular! The teachers ordered for them to buy..he was amazed at the cheap price..haha.

        Hi parents ,

I am new here. Really need help. My son 's results are between 50s n 60s n 40s for MT ever since he started P5. Although He has tuition for MT n Math, but his learning attitude is shittish. But since he starts his new sch term for P6, I notice there is a slight change. He begins to feel worry for his PSLE. But I do not knoe how to help him. Shall I ask him to do assessment on one subject each day or multiple subjects per day? Kindly advise. Thank you
I have tried bit-size 2-3 subjects per day in P4/P5. Tedious for me to follow thru and also we also lost focus on what we are trying to achieve
This year, P6, i trying bit-size 1 subject per day only.
I try to ask her do 2-3 math question on 3 times a week.
But i realised their homework load is increasing and tuition also have homework. so maybe some days dun even have time for math questions.

        Hopefully it work. 🙂

There's no point diving into PSLE assessment book/past yr paper now.
It'll be good for you to take out the uncompleted P5, or even P4 assessment books and start working on them. He should be able to complete the previous years' work a bit faster by now. That'll help to build up a bit of his confidence and, at the same time, strengthen his foundation coz what he didn't (from P4/5) know will greatly affect his P6 work too.

I agree with Nebbermind that building the P4 and P5 foundations are important. I also ask my DS to look through his SA2 files from his P4/5 work, cover the answers and redo them.

at this point, really no point to dive into assessment book. Perhaps for Chinese, everyday start reading the 词语 and 配词for P4-P6. Next focus on the weakness. I reckon must be the compre and compo. For Maths, everyday do abit of problem sum maybe up to 5 but again focus where he is wrong. For English and Science, again focus on the weaknesses. No point just do assessment book for the sake of doing it. You must know where the child’s weaknesses and starts from there.

Work with your child to relieve the stress. Don’t scold him for not knowing. Maybe he really catches no ball. Perhaps with a different approach of learning and teaching, he probably will catch it. Hope this helps.

                  Hi muska,

can help to check whether this $ 1 book (psle 2014 to 2016) -
Does it provide answers, or just the questions only ?

If provide answers, is worth it

Is the publisher for this book : EPH or another publisher ?

                  Thanks, very much

Different publishers will have different answer sheets.

                        Eg: Shinglee Vs EPH

                        You can compare the answers.

PSLE 3 years series usually comes without answers and hence is sold at a dollar per book.

The ones in Popular bookshop comes with full answer sheets so it cost slightly more.
