Yes, there is school bus that ply between clementi/west coast and school.

Hi, from what I had read from the previous post in 2015 in this trend, usually balloting in phase 2c is only for those staying < 1km have chance.

Those more den that dun even need to think.
Unless u are at phase1-2b.
