DS is still getting lots of mistakes in Section A of Paper 2 CL. 2 weeks left to PSLE. please advise if he should go thru the 词语手册 or just practice MCQs or what is a better method?

Hi mum02, lots of MCQs (past year papers). 词语手册 is not foolproof.

From 2017, PSLE Mother tongue languages (for both Standard and Foundation) will be in e-Exam format. (Passage reading also in e-format)

It may be useful to go through the http://www.seab.gov.sg/content/e-Oral%20Examination%20Guide%20for%20Candidate%20PSLE/story_html5.html with your child so he/she knows what to expect/do if the school has not already gone through with them.

I would need advice how do we teach our kids to do 理解问答for tomorrow’s paper… ? are they supposed to lift the answer from the passage ?


my girl tried using her own words for some questions but ended with wrong answers… she is told to lift the sentences or para for answers… i would think tackling the comprehension for both chinese and english are the same?
