Flight tickets to West Coast
-
hmm, Grand Canyon and San Diego aren’t really close to Seattle. If you are planning to visit those 2, you should fly in via San Francisco or Los Angeles.
-
Err… like lexis said, those places are not remotely close to one another.
To put things in perspective:
Flight from Seattle to San Diego is around 2hrs 40mins
Flight from Seattle to Las Vegas (probably the nearest city / jump-off point for Grand Canyon) is around 2hrs 30mins
Flight from San Diego to Las Vegas is around 1hr 10mins
You will be spending a lot of time (and money) on flights alone. -
Yes think you should probably fly into San Francisco to be closer to San Diego and Vegas if that is the case. LA might be a good option too with Disneyland.
-
Unless you have important matters in Seattle, I’ll skip that city if the Grand Canyon and San Diego Zoo are your priorities. On the other hand, if Seattle is a must-go because of unfinished business, I’ll limit my travel plans to the Pacific Northwest only.
-
if you want to do San Diego, Las Vegas, Disney, Grand Canyon, look into getting an open-jaw ticket, ie Sin-SFO / LAX-SIN, so you don’t have to back track to come back to SG. Have a look at the map of California/Nevada/Arizona and you’ll know what I mean.

It's doable. Assuming Seattle is to visit friends or relatives, so fly SIN-NRT-LAX or SFO-SEA. Or SIN-TPE-SEA (Eva Air). Or SIN-HND-LAX or SFO-SEA.Hi,
I'm flying to U.S west coast (Seattle) with 2 kids. Please advise, which route would be suitable and the airlines to opt for.
Also, the kids friendly places to visit. I have Grand Canyon & San Diego Zoo in my to-visit list
Thanks
Finish your visitation first then fly AA to the south.
Either at SFO or LAX, rent a car and do your West Coast tour, or join a local tour group to finish Grand Canyon/San Diego (NB: San Diego Zoo won't be included in F&E tours)/LV/LA.
US tour agencies like tours4fun do pick up tourists from domestic or international airports using their 8-seater or large coaches and merge you with other tourists doing the same route. You can ask them to pick you up at your hotel lobby too.
When done with the West Coast tour, proceed back to LAX or SFO and catch your return flight. -
I will be flying from and to Seattle, in that case can you please advise which all places to visit around Seattle.

No, no need to fly at all for this cluster of West Coast states and cities. Take the highway.
Don't anyhow fly from Seattle to San Diego. Look at the map and work out a loop.
San Diego to LV - no need to fly, just drive or join local tour or take greyhound.
Along the route, you'll stopover at other places...yosemite, yellow stone, napa valley, etc..not to mention hollywood...
HOWEVER, the fact she didn't mention LA and SFO could mean she might have already done this leg! LOL!!
In SanDiego, can crossover to Tijuana to meet the hombres too, before the wall is erected! I went to Mexico thru San Diego before. Like HK crossing to Shenzhen... -

Seattle? Nothing much...the usual attractions which you can pick and choose by visiting their tourism websites. Do make a compulsory stopover at Starbucks.
But you may crossover to Vancouver though.
