It is also quite interesting to read about some high performers, http://www.hci.edu.sg/news/hwa-chong-sustains-tradition-of-excellence. One of them actually received unconditional offer from Harvard!

Yeah! The HCI website said 11 Hwa Chong students have been awarded provisional Public Service Commission Scholarships. Also, a record number of 52 Hwa Chong students have received offers to Cambridge and Oxford University. Over 600 offers have also been made to Hwa Chong students from top US and UK universities such as Harvard, Brown, NYU, Imperial, LSE, and Columbia.
      :congrats:

My boy said everyone was so excited that they were shouting, stamping and cheering for their seniors!

      Yes, quite impressive.

I wonder anyone with kids in J2 now are thinking of applying for early acceptance in local or overseas U before A level?

Check with the school or your child.

Civic tutors would have handed you the time table at the PTM held last week.
Monday’s start earlier due to the combined assembly.

Oh yes, was just dreaming if I could sleep a little bit more πŸ˜‰

NY starts 8:15 but my son needs to reach school by 7:15am. So me and my girl needs to wake up early. If JC starts later then we can leave the house a little later, traffic is also slightly better.

Besides Monday, do the Students have a fix starts time everyday?
Your girl is already in J1 now? Wow she must be excited! My girl is looking forward to wear the JC uniform πŸ˜‰
