Hi just to share, my kid got into CF as the dad was ex school boy. Not alumni. Chances of getting in is almost 100% acc to the admin there when I went to register.

I’m keen to register for Parent Volunteer for Chongfu. But read somewhere in the forum that for kids born in 2012, only 20 parents secure PV out of 100 application. Can someone who successfully secured PV with ChongFu advise how to increase my chance of successfully getting PV?

What is the chance of entering the school if we are using grandparent address to enter? They are staying 1 to 2 km frm cf school. Thanks

Using grandparent address will be under 1-2km even for 1km.
For your case is no differences still 1-2km.

If you are applying at Phase 2C, no chance typically ballot within 1km.
Phase 2B should be possible to get in.

If you are not a member of SHHK by now, it is too late to join the clan in order to earn the recommendation for Phase 2B. You will need to be an active member for at least 3 to 4years before registration to have a good chance of getting that recommendation.

As of now, your only chance is to participate in the ballot (as Chongfu is likely to ballot < 1km) for Phase 2C this year.
