Or maybe they got Sauron the all seeing eye as their parents :siam:
or maybe they are still \"an boy\" and \"ah girl\" (or maybe \"baby\") in parents eyes and still clipped under their wings......

When is ah boy a man (NS turns ah boyz to men)?
When is ah girl a woman?

JC students (post-secondary) will remain as ah boy or ah girl, even though age wise, they aren't that far apart.

But what I'm getting here is a lot of KSPs kids have no bf or gf in JC. Either they are very nerdy, or they are not good looking enough! šŸ¦† :siam:
son is going to poly next month. let's see what is coming. honestly, i do hope he doesn't get a gf yet. when on cloud 9, studies will be affected...if they quarrel, studies will also be affected. 失恋 they will feel the whole world will collapse.
can't be having tuition forever right? no wonder singapore is known as tuition nation.

JC is tough...and tuition fee for GP can easily hit $80/hr.

So sad. Back in my days, JC was one and half year of holiday camp. :siam:

Yah, got time to pak tor too.

One friend complain to me after her DD went to a rotten sec school, she suspects her daughter got BF already. Secondary 2 this year. Ok, so must be either girl not nerdy or very pretty.

When is ah girl a woman?
No, it's because it's KIASUPARENTS forum here, so all your high-calibre kids are forbidden from dating in JC.
Or perhaps your JC DC aren't telling you their secrets. šŸ˜‚

In the past, people married earlier, so they dated earlier too. It was normal to casual date in JC...top JCs I'm talking about here.

when they go JC1 at 17 years old : plenty of opportunities abound, for girls & boys to meet.
eg

(at Junior College 1, Year 5), during orientation -
RGS girls meet RI boys,

Nanyang girls meet Hwa Chong boys,

Cedar girls meet Victoria boys,

(SCGS, St Nick) girls meet Catholic High boys, at Eunoia Junior College,

Convent girls meet boys, at Catholic Junior college,

St Margaret girls meet boys from St Andrew Junior College,

13 yo girls, after PSLE meet boys at Dunman High (since Sec 1) and River Valley High, plus meet so many others of similar age group in JC1, at other JCs.

not to worry, can find dating opportunities, lah !
