I have been getting Isomil from Jusco, saving > $10 per tin. There are minimal differences e.g 1-3 years for Singapore vs 1-10 years in Malaysia. My dd gulps down all the same.

I also bought the FM in Msia coz its at least 30% cheaper. The packaging & the production origin is the same except that the words printed on the cans are in Malay. I got them from Tesco in KSL city.

Erm, we compared the contents stated on the tins (same brand) when DSes were small. There ARE differences - Malaysia milk powder does not have as much (if any) of those pricier ingredients (think it’s those DHA etc items).

So basically you get what you pay. Of course kid will grow up fine, but if one believes in the efficacy of those pricier elements, do know that you are not going to get that (or that much) from Malaysia milk.

Note that my kids are in upper primary so my comparisons can be outdated.

Content is different for the brand my child uses. Price difference is about 40%. If you like to save on baby milk powder, you can check this http://www.babyment.com/promotion/milkpromotion.php they update promotion from supermarkets and online stores

                      sotongmom:
The grandpa has been stocking up for my kids whenever he's across the Causeway. The Pediasure & Gain IQ seems the same as those stocked locally and is imported from same country. He goes to the provision stores in Taman Sentosa (just across the hawker centre). Prices are almost 40% less, great savings for me!

                      Hi sotong,

Thank you very much for sharing this information. I've been giving Pediasure to my son and daughter, and they both have great appetite and healthy now.
