Which school is IJTP?? Will all schools have this table? Have to say its very daring of you to post these numbers out if its a really popular school !

Such information is nothing alarming. Most school if not all schools will display such information in school or reveal during a call. This is especially helpful for popular schools and during Phase 2C, where it allows parents to make decision on whether they want to risk ballot, or to withdraw when chance becomes zero.

I don't understand why >2km will apply on the first day?? Won't they want to wait till last day to gauge their chances first?

Phase 2B is still a relatively restrictive phase unlike Phase 2C (which is free-for-all). Apart from some cases whereby your religious denomination may offer you more than 1 choice for primary schools, the majority can't change their clan / GRL / PV affiliation at the last minute, and have to stick to what they have (which makes registering on the first / last day inconsequential).

The numbers posted today (and tomorrow) is more like a dry run for Phase 2C. Unlike Phase 2C, the numbers posted for Phase 2B is only good to quell (or heighten) the anxieties of the parents rather than to provide any meaningful guidance***

P/S: *** the obvious exception being the 2 ACS schools.

Need clarification on the following:

On day 3 of phase 2C, if I decide to withdraw from school A to register at school B, do I make sure I get the queue no. at school B before 430pm OR all documents verification and data entry by the school B must be completed by 430pm?

Can anyone advise?

The Q number is just to buy you some time only. The counter staff must see the original ICs before 4.30pm, otherwise no deal. Last year somebody didn't manage to rush over with the ICs on time and my friend witnessed the staff locked the door at 4.30pm sharp.
