With just 31 places available, the 12 SC > 2km would have no choice but to withdraw and register in another school - expect to see further movements here and in other Methodist schools.

For 3 SC < 2km, it's going to be an agonising wait. Be prepared to withdraw and run to another school in the late afternoon...

My daughter is born in 2014, Singapore citizen. If I would like to apply for PV for Phase 2B, what is the earliest date for application? If I attend a Methodist church, I just require a letter from the church stating I am a member, is that right?

MGS is very selective in the PVs they take. It usually has to fit a specific need of the school and this varies from year to year.

It may be easier going the GRL route but even then, there is a very high chance of balloting at 2B for those within 1km so do be prepared.
