Volunteer is not a everyday affair, they are required mainly for events which may happen a few times a year and for limited number of volunteers for each event. Think about it, members we are talking about are those with kids are only 5 mths old to kids who is registering next year, and for 5 SHHK schools in Spore !!! Imagine the number of members you need to fight with ?!
It is not like the usual school PV where maybe you have only that 20-30 parents to snatch job with and even with these small number, school PV also require snatching jobs in most case !!!
