Andrew1 did you fall under ATS phrase 2b? If so then the best of luck to you!

Anyone had breakdown for Tao Nan?
      45 vying for 44 places.. within 1km

Maybe there's a pair of twins too. Definitely high stress level. And the unlucky parent have to go through balloting again.

Thanks. That's alot for GRL and clan members applying to TNS and so many are staying in 1km! I better stick to my 2A1 at ATS. Just hope that there is no balloting for 2A1 next yr. My friends kept telling me there might be balloting even for 2A1 cos it's dragon yr and anything might happen.

i had that thot too that was y i join 2a1, and of cos distance plays a part as well.
this yr, even if there were about 150 over places, but 97 were already taken during 2a1.

good luck to you next year. ๐Ÿ˜„

I doubt there will be balloting at P2A1 as there seem to be enough buffer (from P2A2), even after considering the increase in demand.

Notwithstanding, it is prudent for you to set aside a backup school choice in P2C... just in case.

I stayed next to tao nan thatโ€™s why if ATS goes into balloting during phrase 2A1 I will be the first to get kick out cos more than 1km. Thatโ€™s why im considering tao nan or Ngee Ann primary as backup plan.

Congrats to all St Nic's and Maris Stella parents! No balloting needed.

Lol. That really depends if you are one of those who didn't even get a chance to ballet. ๐Ÿ˜‰

On that balloting day, they will all have a common goal, even for the twin's parents, that is for the twin's number not to be called... Only then, all 30 of the kids can get into the school. Once, the twin's number gets called, ONE will be denied a place
                    twins/triplets considered 1 place.

If they are picked early in the balloting exercise, they will still take up 2/3 vacanies. But If they get picked for the last place available, they will all get in.
