The 2 little girls kicked Mommy when Daddy said hello to them.

Everyone was glad to see me home.I told my wife about DD1 and DD2's misdeeds regarding their homework and she told me it was hard enough carrying 2 more girls.Told me to check their work instead.I cooked a sumptuous seafood dinner for the family to welcome myself back.MIL and her sis helped out while my wife rested because she was too tired.

DD2 gave Mommy's stomach unhappy face looks and pouted when I spoke to her 2 younger sisters though.

      Congrats FishFingers!

You wife must be quite far along already for you to know the gender and feel the kicks. So when will you be welcoming your princesses?[/quote

Thanks...They will be out in March next year.

        FF,

having a baby is exciting, but you are going to welcome another set of twins again...double happiness.
just curious, babies look alike, so how did you differentiate the twins when they were newborn?
You mean DD1 and DD2?DD1 has a little black mole on her left armpit.DD2 is as normal as usual.

Just over 23. Probably need to cut weight, but it's easier said than done!

If I am not wrong, bmi has racial variations. Chinese's healthy range is lower.

This is an interesting overview of some differences among different ethic groups with regards to healthy bmi. But of course, it's still best to know yourself well.

You may need to add some weight training to preserve muscle tissue. Be sure to take adequate protein alongside.

                  Hi FF,

Congratulations, on new addition, to your family.

Come March 2018, once the twins are born, you'll be kept very busy, helping to sterilise milk water bottle, wash baby nappy, etc.

By then, there will be 7 ladies in your house :
(Wife + 4 girls, mother-in-law, maid to help out)

Congrats, Fish Fingers! But March next year - means your wife must only be about a month or so along? You won’t know the gender yet, right? Usually around 18 to 20 week? Or is my maths wrong?

Thanks for the link, I knew about Waist to hip ratio, didnt know about waist circumference itself being a measure of obesity. And different for ethnicity.

So far managed to maintaining a good BMI. the problem is I dont gain or lose weight easily. But my headache has been this Waist to hip ratio. Despite strength training and cardio and pilates (total between 4-6hrs a week- most weeks) almost since Feb, I seem to have gained an inch around my waist since last year but there is no weight gain.
                      Any tips anyone?
