We are within 1km to Aitong and can do 2B. But ATS needs to ballot even for <1km and most definitely for 2C. Our 2CS options are not good.

should we still try for ATS or look further out for 2B but >2km and no balloting history this year like a Pei Chun if we can do PV? I think we don't have a chance for phase 2C for Pei Chun for >2km, or risk balloting again which I hope not to.

Aitong and Pei Chun definitely ballot within 1km.
It looks like you are staying in Bishan. It is hard to secure a place at 2B and impossible at 2C.

Pei Chun rarely ballots within 1km and for the last three years (including this year), it didn't even have to conduct balloting at Phase 2B.

It's possible to secure a place in P2C in Bishan - e.g. Guangyang is confirmed, guaranteed, chopped to be available but most people don't want it. Besides, Bishan is a very small (and narrow) estate only. For some people, Toa Payoh or Ang Mo Kio could actually be nearer or more convenient.

Online registration for 2C started today right?


I seem to recall that last year MOE doesn’t update the page until end of Day 1 physical registration. Because online registration is still ongoing 24 hours. So the first update will be tomorrow night.

In case anybody thought of staying up tonite to see.

James Bond is British by Birth. James Bond with Pink Tuxedo needs to do manually, got clarification from MOE. Only PCK can do online registration.

Hi I went to check MOE website. I had to read it very very carefully. The language is a bit tricky but I am absolutely sure it is 24 hours round the clock since it started this morning. It only ends at 4.30pm on Thursday.
