James Bond is British by Birth. James Bond with Pink Tuxedo needs to do manually, got clarification from MOE. Only PCK can do online registration.

Hi I went to check MOE website. I had to read it very very carefully. The language is a bit tricky but I am absolutely sure it is 24 hours round the clock since it started this morning. It only ends at 4.30pm on Thursday.

It is 24hours except the last day of online registration.

Online registration is 24hrs. It ends 4.30pm on the last day, just like the walk in registration.

High chance that you'll have to ballot. If you want a safer option, you can consider Kheng Cheng, which is quite on par with Pei Chun recently.
