Also, don't trust agent if they claim is less than 1 km to popular, hot school, because in some cases, even though is in the same block : some units fall under less than 1 km, while other units within the same Block, fall outside 1 kmsky minecrafter:

actually there are new condos ard that area too (along sin ming ave), naturally parents would want to give it a try since they could be within 1km and cant join 2b phase.
