i wonder during reg, does the admin input in our address into the system which is linked to the onemap? if not, how do they classify the applicants into the distance range? i am sure most of the parents are not aware that diff blks within the same condo may affect their chances. they might still be thinking they are within 1km range from their preferred sch.

When we do online reg, the system will classify us into under 1km or 1-2km after we input our address. Should be the same with the school system?

Yes they will use exactly the same One Map School Query to enter your postal code as shown on the father's IC. There is zero leeway to bluff.

Default is father's. Unless you have Deed of Separation and proof that mother has custody. Something like that.

Not really using father address by default. They will ask you which address the child will be staying at.
