For keming totally no chance for 1-2km they even need balloting for those under 1 km. Only 90 vacancies but 114 under 1 km balloting for it.

Tao Nan & Kong Hwa need ballot for those < 1km. they advice ppl > 1km look for 2nd option. So yday afternoon all chiong to Ngee Ann. Let’s see NA No. of registration will shoot up or not…
