      andrew1,

i suppose you won't be sending your son to ACS?

i am an OLD boy of ACS
      what do you think ?

๐Ÿ˜† I never would have guessed, what with your \"very very very very very very very very very\" articulate posts in the other threads earlier this month. Nice covert operation there.

Based on chiefkiasu stats yest on % of people who apply on each day, estimate how many more will apply tmrw huh? I still dun really catch how to interpret his table.....

I think is the APP % multiply by Available Vacancies

I am totaling up for 2 schools for each day. Total includes all home distance categories.

        2016
        Day 1: 67 applicants
Day 2: 86 applicants (additional of 19 new applicants)
Day 3: 92 applicants (additional of 6 new applicants)

But we know that in 2016, there were 76 or 77 applicants within <1km at end of phase 2C of which 69 successfully got into ACS.

        2017:
        Day 1: 63 applicants
        Day 2: 85 applicants
        Day 3: ????

We know as of now there are 67 <1km applicants.

For 2B, the total of <1km applicants is almost the same in 2016 and 2017. 64 versus 65.

So will number of <1km applicants in 2017 be the same as in 2016 i.e. 76 or 77?

Should we be expecting 11 or so applicants today? Hopefully we will know more after the morning session ends.

Thanks! Let's hope for the best!

if you are an old boy of acs, then you should have no worries about securing a place.
every school has an elite group...and ACS would definitely have. i thought you were aiming for SAP school with those unhappy posts earlier.

Look at the <1km ppl, the rest of the info is not relevant for you guys. Also if you have a preference, it is also good to take sides, make known your intention so that those who are indifferent either way to fit in.

When spaces left are more than enough, you are opening invitation to those who secure a place in earlier phase to fill up the numbers as well. Whether will there be a ballot will depends on the risk profile of the last few people.

Whether it will be enough for the 1-2km folks, it remain to be seen.

So earlier he urged parents die die must ballot for a place in SAP school under 2C if not these parents should be considered \"stupid\" .

Oops, since andrew1 is an ACS boy, is he insinuating that his own parents were stupid? ๐Ÿ˜†
