      zac's mum:
Those who are savvy will come to KSP to check balloting history and research more about each school on all the various threads. And when they can't find answers forthcoming on the public threads, will know exactly who to PM to get answers and insider tips. I have tried my best to help those who asked me. And the diligent conscientious ones have gotten their coveted seat.

And then there is the other group who use only MOE's official website. Expecting to be spoonfed about the breakdown and which group needs to ballot and when is the balloting time. They don't know that they need to be proactive as the staff will not treat u like VIP and hold your hand thru the whole process and guide u thru your options.

How I wish I can (like a primary school teacher) force the parents to sit down in 3 rows according to their distance. When more and more enter into <1km then I will tell the >2km group kindly withdraw & exit the room. There is only Xx spaces here. Do u see picture, kids?

But alas, they are not my kids, they are free to walk away before 4.30pm and go home & then shoot empty qns after the action is over and they have lost their seat.
      Hi Zac's mum,

yes thanks to KSP forum i can decide on which chances to take, and with the advise of some members we can consider if the choice we are taking is very risky or not.

Before P2C starts I did have a thought of putting my kid to APS which is fall within 1-2km distance from my house, but looking at the statistic and what others posted before, i cancel and put my chances in RMPS which is within 1km so my chance is higher even though this year the balance seat for P2C is not much.

now just need to cross finger and pray šŸ™
and also prepare incase need to go for P2CS..
      Thank you all šŸ™‚
all the best to all that going for balloting..

P.S now i'm encouraging my sis to join KSP forum to read all statistics and plan for her boy in 2020 enrollment šŸ™‚ and asked her to check the PV also (she has not started her homework yet šŸ˜“ )

OMG! I just called ZDP and ask about the breakdown for 109/100. The lady told me all >1km applicants are rejected. 100 SG within 1km. We are that unfortunate one of the 9.

            We couldn't believe that!

So we made another call 15min later... And we were told all SG are successful with their registration!

Now we do not know which is which @@ 🤷

Unlikely that Zhangde has that many SCs staying within 1 km of the school. No offense to the school, but based on previous years' registrations, those who are in the < 1 km category for APS and ZDPS would opt for the former. If information posted earlier by other members about APS were true, I don't think ZDPS only has places for SCs in the < 1 km category. More likely, balloting may be for PRs in the < 1 km category.

              My two cents.

wait for the official MOE results. Sometimes its confusing for some staff as well.
                So you are SC 1-2km?

Reject could mean try to reject those more than 1km to apply. they cannot reject your already submitted application, regardless you choose to withdraw or not.

Perhaps this is why people should relax and let the schools / MOE do their job first.
The info will be updated within these 2 days (probably today) and there isn't a need to stress over it. It's not like you can do anything about it at this point in time.

Enjoy the rest of the day and what will be will be.

So, it appears that all SCs got in and no balloting will be carried out in the school!

When will we receive the letter from school informing of the registration is successful?
