Managed to ballot in!!! HOORAY! There were 2 sets of twins, balloted in too. That makes the vacancies fall from 64 to 62.

My number was only called at the 57th roll. Imagine the stress!!!

:congrats: Now you can sleep well tonight.

Yeah! Been dreaming of balloting the past 2 nights!

For those who got though the balloting, :congrats: Enjoy the moment and your (your child actually) primary school journey will begin soon. That's basically the start of the journey.

For those who are unsuccessful, collect your thought and move on. If you need help, come out of the box and post questions.

For those who want to share their registration story (now that is over), please do.

May I know if you are unsuccessful this round or you are asking \"what if\"?

Don't think can appeal but have you register on the wait-list on the school of your choice?

The appeal comes in the form of filling up the Wait list form, after balloting at Phase 2C not successful.

Ask the school staff for a Waitlist form to fill up. They should be able to help u.

You won't know when vacancies arise, in the school. Focus on helping your child to do well in P1 to P3. At end of P2/P3, seek Transfer.

Meanwhile, proceed to next Phase 2C Supplenentary, to clinche a seat for your child, in a primary school.

I was not successful this round. I was wondering if i can do something just to get into that school of my choice.

I must get my child a school for Phrase 2C Supplementary, before i can go for the Wait list? Can i just waitlist and not register for Phrase 2C Supplementary?

If you don't, your child will end up with no primary school to study in, because after P2C supplementary end, will be Foreigner children' Phase 3 turn.

Filling up Waitlist form doesn't guarantee anything, because you have to wait for vacancies to arise.

When vacancy arise, it is up to Principal to decide which pupil to give the vacancy to. This may come in a few years' time, may not be immediate now.

We understand your feeling now, having been balloted out of Phase 2C today. However, need to think of your child : he / she still need a primary school to study.

If your child is a girl, at Phase 2C Supp, Marymount Convent primary is a good school, to enrol into.
There are also vacancies at Haig Girls primary, at CHIJ Katong primary. These are good schools

If your child is a boy, can consider St Stephen primary, or Bukit Timah primary.

If you have not secured a place by 2Cs, you will be centrally allocated a school by MOE.

You can go for waitlist now and participate in 2Cs in 2 weeks time. Waitlist takes time, you do not want to answer to the waitlist school that you choose not to apply under 2Cs just because you do not get a place under 2C.
