like you mentioned, Xpensive. priced itself out of the market. who will pay this crazy amount for a mobile phone? it will depreciate and come next year, Tim Cook will cook up something new again.no iphone X thread ? :?
no one excited about getting this 'ground breaking' version of Xpensive iphone? :siam: -
Anyone know can we buy the iphone X in USA and use in Singapore?
Much more cheaper…
Adapter difference? Any problem? Thanks. -

Apparently, iPhone X preorder went thru the roof. I didn’t get my preorder in for M1 because they went by the order in which we submit the order. Me submitting the preorder a couple of hours after I receive the SMS is apparently too late

Samsung is still playing the same game that Microsoft / PCs played in the past. Push everything in their arsenal out and then claim that they did it first - even though at the end of the day, no one uses them and the “first” products are generally crap.
After so many years, you would have imagined that companies have figured out that users care about usability, and not who did what first. Companies that produced the “first” smartphones are generally defunct (although Nokia is making a comeback).
P/S: Apple didn’t produce the first laptop, nor the first iPod, nor the first tablet, nor the first smartphone, nor the first TV box thingy, nor the first home automation voice control thingy... what makes anyone think that they would be interested in being the first in anything? -

As long as the phone is usable for next 2 years, just change it when the time comes.
Missus also complaining that phones are getting more ex and she opted for a S8 instead. -
it’s really too expensive from $1648.
but the queue waiting to buy is really long. there is a group of vietnamese who bought 2 each. total bill $36K.
