Me Time!

I’m having my day off from work today. Yup, doing laundry of course…and waiting for DH to wake up (he got home very late last night) then we can have WE time haha. -
Was awakened at 7am this morning by someone singing a ridiculous song about going to Australia,checked on the girls and found them doing their Chinese essay writing and preparing for Chinese spelling/dictation without anyone telling them to do so while I discovered that DD2 was the one singing the ridiculous song and creating a din.

Cooking and preparing meals is my absolute ME time! It feels great especially when people love your cooking!

@teenmom-DH always said that if you cook with all your heart and in the mood to do so,the food will turn out naturally nice but on the other hand,if you cook with a lousy/bad mood,the food will turn out lousy.
I can testify to that because I had eaten the food that DH cooked when he is in a lousy mood,it tastes far from his usual standards.Moral of the story is: Don't upset the cook when he is preparing your food in the kitchen. -
At the market now- wanted to eat Prata for breakfast, stall not opened, wanted to buy vegetables, stall opens tomorrow.
Now sipping hot Kopi Siew dai n eating Chee Cheong fun n yam cake.
Maybe I go to NTUC @ Bukit Timah Plaza from here, then go home. -
