I am probably the most kiasu parent here. My boy will only be in P1 in 2013 but I'm already reading up on how to apply as a PV. Being a parent is no easy task nowadays.

Anyone can share on PV for ACS? Based on history if PV, and stay within 1kmm does that mean the chance is as food as guaranteed?

      *stress* 😢
ACJS and ACPS do not have a PV system for priority entry...u need to move within 1 km...and those properties are not cheap

Oh no.. not sure that is good or bad. So to really gauge the probability of entry I should now look at past ballots of 2C and not 2B? 😢

unless you’re a methodist and can get your church to give a letter…otherwise you go into 2c, which means u need to live under 1km cos that’s where the balloting starts and ends.

            Hello Daddies and Mummies,

Thank you for all your advise and tips. They are very useful information for me. I guess I can only try to impress the principal of NHPS as much as possible in my next attempt.

I hope I’m not asking for too much. If you are helping as a PV in NHPS, is it possible for you to share your area of contribution? BTW, is it necessary to highlight why I chose the sch?

                Hi

I am staying 1-2km range from HIPS. What will be my chance like if I get to be PV in HIPS? My gal registration in 2010. Going for an interview with the school soon, wonder what should I prepare or what are the expectations? Any Advise?

                Hi ChiefKS,

                Any advise ?
                Hi EatNonStop,

May I know when u apply for the PV at HIPS? I also applied but no news. It means bad news right??? 😢

Did the school call you up or inform via letter???

                  Hi cantbearit2

Did u hv interview with the school and given the application form? I was told that as long as u submitted the application form, u r "considered" accepted and juz wait for the committee to call u for volunteer work.

Has anyone tried and had been successfully accepted by Nan Hua as PV for P1 2011? Is the selection process very rigorous? Filling up the form makes me feel like going for job interviews haha

Hi, I received a letter last week from NHPS saying tat my application was unsuccessful. 😞
I am staying at cck area, very near to De lasalle and South View. However, De Lasalle does not accept PV many years back 😞
