      Guys.

      Greetings
My daughter is going to P1 for 2019.

I don't have experience on this and would like to seek your assistance on the procedure and timeline.

Most importantly have I missed the registration T_T.
      Registration usually starts in July.

For a start, please read through https://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3311.

          Hi Parents.

Looking at my girls strengths and weaknesses, I would like to get my girl in school which provides holistic education, good mix of students is importand and not a rat race for marks and continuous pressure to do good in class. We stay at bedok reservoir and i have excluded St.Hildas, Red Swastika, Tampines primary as more than my kid I will be in pressure to do well.
I would like your thoughts and reviews on Opera Estate and Tanjong Katong primary. Is Tanjong Katong holding site in Upper changi for 2019 also or they moving back to original place?
Any other good school in East that i can consider? We recently got our citizenship
Thanks and appreciate all your feedback/comments.

              Hi sonika

I have a P3 child at TKPS. We are happy with the balanced school life he has and he is happy to go to school. So, if you are looking for a good mix of students and a balance development in terms of academic, sports and character development, I would say that TKPS would be a good choice. TKPS will be at the holding site in Upper Changi Road until 2019 and move back to it's permanent location in 2020. Do note that TKPS is still dual session, i.e. P1 and P2 are in the afternoon session. Likelihood to go single session only in 2020.

If you do not mind an all-girls school, perhaps you can consider Haig Girls' as well - depending on the distance to school.

Hi, dragon year baby parent here, first child, finally got a bit kan cheong now…one question: for the reserve places for phase 2 , would they break it into 10 places for 2A, 5 places for 2b and so on? Or for instance all reserved places can be taken up in say phase 2A?

There will only be 20 seats reserved for 2B and another 20 for 2C. That's all. So even if the school has 300 seats, 260 can be taken by the end of 2A(2).
