If 2A2 is bypass does it mean all registration is closed?

If 2A2 is bypassed : it means for that particular school that encounter 2A2 bypass, nobody is allowed to enrol under 2A2. Parents in that school just wait patiently for the next Phase 2B to open (register), with 20 seats left. After 2B over, followed by 2C, another set of 20 seats.

I see. Will be quite upsetting for those who are enrolled in the MOE kindergartens and hoping to get a spot. Not sure if our kids being born in dragon year is a blessing or a curse. Hopefully we parents will survive this stressful exercise .

My girl is currently in an Moe Kindergarten. Ballot at phase 2a(2) is likely.


If fail to get in, will enrol for another school one Lrt stop away. This one, ballot unlikely at phase 2C. :xedfingers:

What is the odds when it comes to oversubscription? I am within 1km of Henry Park Pri which would definitely have only 20 places and balloting... but any idea of numbers? 1:4? 1:20?
Now wondering if i should just apply for another school in 2C. There is no other school within 1km, and no hope i would feel for Fairfield Methodist / NanHua for 1-2km.
Contemplating trying for CHIJ Our Lady Queen of Peace (8-9km away but in 2C relatively much lower risk)

Any thoughts/ suggestions? :?: :?:

2C is the last chance that can choose a school. I don't think ppl wld like to take the risk if chance is too low.

Isn't CHIJ Kellock nearer? Why don't you consider this school instead of CHIJ OLQP?
