Pls file the police report & refer to MOM if the agency tries to hold you to the contract. After threatening to file police report for both agency & FDW, the agency refunded admin fees & insurance in full. I also made them pay for her air ticket

The I/O only agreed to help me claim back admin fees. So I filed a complaint abt this I/O.

the agency informed my elderly helper that I found out abt them forging bio-data. The helper then took a loan from a "licensed moneylender" before she was repatriated. Thk God, I found out when I packed her luggage. I sent the loanshark to collect his debt at agency. I informed MOM too but no response. I saw that the referral person was another FDW whom I had interviewed at the same agency.

              Hi J.mommy,

You could try this agency- they bring in certified caregivers who are trained nurses who can help care for kids who are sick or elderly who are ill or injured.

My current Maid agency give this comment on the PHI medical check up done by my Direct Transfer caregiver :

                medical result :
FIT with remarks, need to take lifetime medication for her BP and regularly check the BP.

So , my question is will you still transfer the caregiver to Singapore ? Will it affected the hospitalization insurance cover in sg ?

Best not to take this caregiver as this medication is lifetime medication & costly. My BIL is on medication for life for BP & he’s also often easily agitated. JMO.

I've heard of this before. aunt's friend stays in a penthouse. nights, the maid would climb out of the windows and offer sex to a neighbour. she was sent home but for some other reasons. the neighbour was busy asking around for her. that was how aunt's friend found out what her maid has been doing. what if she had fallen off? she would have died. climbing out of the windows and then back into the unit again. it's just something nobody would have expected. nights, the family of 3 would go to sleep upstairs.

I called BNI lucky plaza to ask how i can open a BNI acc for my indo maid, they told me that BNI account opening for maids can only be done at the Indonesian Embassy, is it true?

Can anyone with prior experience give me some advice?

                        thanks!
