does anyone has the results for ACSJ 2B, like whether need to ballot for kids within 1km?

Over at the ACS Family thread, somebody said 43 <1km balloting for 41 seats.

Can confirm there will be balloting. I personally asked as all 43 are Singaporeans and within 1km

                  aloralora:

Most likely they are PVs at the school. Poor PVs who have put in much time and effort and don’t even have a chance at the ballot. They will have to do the appeal route. I heard that’s happening to the PVs at St Hilda’s.

St Nics outright reject PV applicants staying outside 1km and there are only 8 sets of PVs for this year's 2B. Those 2+2 are Catholics/GRLs.

There are 23 SC inside <1 km, balloting for 21 seats, in 2B.

When u mention 8 sets of PV this year : do 8 sets mean Total there are 16 PVs, so (23 minus 16) equal left 7 come from Catholics / GRL, all inside < 1 km balloting ?

wow ! 8 PVs are very few. That shows St Nick is highly selective over her choice of PVs, out of so many PV applications that came in.

HHMummy, you have done very well ! All the very best to your balloting at 2B, hope to hear u around at St Nick school thread, after your daughter get balloted in !

23 balloting, for 21 seats : very good, high chance of entering !

St Nics tried to help dragon baby parents by taking in less PVs for this year's 2B as compared to last year. Last year rabbit year, they took in 13 PVs and 12 got the P1 slot with 1 self-withdrew after applied and got into the PV scheme.
