Based historical records of 2006 to 2017, no PR ever gets a chance to ballot at any phase for RGPS.

in past years -
PR can only enter under Phase (1, 2A1, 2A2 and 2B). That's all

2B : there are PR , who entered under GRC.

PR cannot enter under Phase 2C, because SC > 2 km will ballot.

many SC > 2 km parents do not mind trying their luck at 2C balloting, so long as they have prepared backup schools in 2C Supplementary.

Yesterday school said 3pm will be the last update. Next update will be tmr morning. The difference is 4 people as what moe had posted in the evening so you should roughly have an idea

Yes, it is very helpful. Thank you opheliatam. MOE end of day stats say 147 registrations for 114 places. Wondering if anyone knows the distance category for the additional registrations. Thank you.
