From what we know that Mdm Quek Seok Noi and Mrs Liu are same person. Mrs Liu full name is Mrs Liu Seok Noi.
On the school newsletter, sometimes she will use Mdm Quek Seok Noi, sometimes will use Mrs Liu Seok Noi. Not sure why! Haha!
Phase 2B balloting already so Phase 2C surely will ballot. Due to HIPS shifting back to Hougang site, so will be a lot of ppl trying to register to this school. There is a high possibilities that even stay within 1km might ballot. -

Will is your turn for registration? This year is a good indication of upcoming SG50 and SG51 babies.
Other years are just as competitive but not so bad (more seats). distance category may vary. -
