Registration year 2019:

Extremely high chance of ballot for SC 1-2km in Phase 2C.
I also won’t rule out high demand for SC < 1km as a possibility in Phase 2C. A lot will depend on what happen next year (especially in the earlier Phases). Hence, those > 1km should consider an alternative for Phase 2C in the event that the demand from SC < 1km exceeds the available places.
