the waiting time really kill… not sure if anyone called up MOE to check on the balloting

perhaps computer balloting already taken place (over), just that Moe will only announce results via sms on the early morning this Wednesday, 8.8.18
those balloted successfully into their dream schools via 2C - will receive the best national day present (gift) early morning this Wed, from Moe, one day just before National day
