Yes it’s entirely possible at 2B and 2C if u live <1km.

But if you talking about 2C and 2CS, not possible because the school will not have any vacancies left after 2C if there was balloting at 2C.

Mine was unsuccessful at phase 2C and will have to re register at 2CS… I’m in bukit batok, register at keming but was unsuccessful and the only sch left is bukit view pri the nearest which i am not really keen in… any parents have kids in bukit view primary? Need feedbacks on this sch…

I went to Bukit View’s website and found this. The temporary relocation to Jurong East will be inconvenient for you.

Why don’t you choose Lianhua Primary, which has 112 vacancies and is not too far from you? Have a look at their website, you can see the activities which the kids do: http://lianhuapri.moe.edu.sg/whats-up-at-lh

The other school (Dazhong Primary with 114 vacancies) is located nearer to Bukit Gombak, which I assume is too far away for you.

Hi, would like to know if balloting wasn’t successful in 2C, and have to go 2CS for registration. What happens if can’t secure a space again? Can I go to a school with vacancies to register direct after 2CS? At the same time, can I still place my child’s name as waiting list on my school of choice? Thanks.

I am looking at either eunos primary or TKPS in phase 2cs. Both between 1 and 2km. Hopefully don’t need to ballot.


TKPS is double session and lesson ends at 630pm. So late. Scared the DC will be tired. Since she wakes up at 6am daily.

Sparkss, I was in same position as you a few years ago; being balloted out. At 2CS, I reluctantly to register my DC into a neighbourhood school that I don't perceived as good. But I am pleasantly surprised my DC enjoys gg to this \"2CS\" school so much. It is a blessing in disguise.

Hope your DC will enjoy the Pri sch life happily too. Cheer up.

TKPS has 57 vacancies left. Eunos Primary has 78 vacancies left. Honestly, that is not a lot and could possibly go into balloting <1km. U need to check with the school before u apply.

I’m not very familiar with East side and you don’t mention which particular estate you are living in. Would Damai Primary (131 vacancies) be too far for you? That may be a safer school that won’t need to ballot.
