To be precise, the odd number goes to the next phase… which is err… Phase 2B.

Yes it goes to 2B. Example after 2A2, left over with 55 seats.
28 goes to 2B, 27 goes to 2C. -

1. Results of school going for balloting (i.e. over subscribed) today around 8pm on MOE website.
2. Announcement will be tomorrow for balloting in which category around 12pm (but will not provide the breakdown). In phase 2c, accouncement was published at 2pm.
3. Balloting and results will be on 21 August around 8am. -

The admin told me that SC applicants have exceeded 41 vacancies when I called at 3.45 pm. I’m praying for all the kids to be in. Hope they consider extra 1 kid in each class :grphug: -

the only exceptional case where school accept extra 1 kid : is twins situation. Otherwise, No, everyone must ballot -

They could decide to take the additional seats given its not too big a number. But its really case by case basis & there is no hard & fast rule too
whether it is principal sch board or anyones decision we won’t know too
Montfort Jr has 39 seats - 5 (1km) 23 (1-2km) 13 (2km)
Over by 2 but Admin said all are in which means additional 2 seats the sch has never been oversubscribed in any phase before
