Montfort Jr has 39 seats - 5 (1km) 23 (1-2km) 13 (2km)
Over by 2 but Admin said all are in which means additional 2 seats the sch has never been oversubscribed in any phase before

That should be the way moving forward, why must force out hard rule to make everyone miserable, it should be by case by case basis, n especially those who school that is heavily subscribed.

Canossa Convent this year is different from past years : because she taking in boys, co-ed for the first time. So, not surprised that went into balloting at 2CS this year -
Seeing it from MOE’s point of view, there are only 1 or 2 schools per district that are oversubscribed in 2CS this year.
Still got plenty of places for everybody who kena balloted out again.
So those who die die wanted to join the balloting, don’t need to cry, your child still can go to P1 and enjoy the highly subsidized education. Few dollars token fee per month nia, how to complain?
