The word “souvenirs” was tested in editing in PSLE paper. It comes with an ‘s’ since the misspelt word ends with “s”.
The word “enthusiasm” was tested in editing section too. -

Starting P5, EL Teachers will provide a list of frequently misspelt words for the students to revise by hard. These words may look easy at first glance but without revising, students may indeed spell incorrectly. The list provided by the school is compiled and updated over the years by EL dept, relevant for use in PSLE. At least all words tested today are in the list.

DD has fallen asleep so I can’t confirm if it’s grammar or spelling error.
