If the schools take more than what they used to do (unlikely), COP will increase due less places available.
If the schools accept a similar number to previous year (highly likely), COP will remain the same.
If the schools take less than previous year (possible for some schools), COP will decrease. -

Hi, COP of schools would not fluctuate very much.
Personally, I won’t put in anything that is more than 5 points below my child’s t score and limit to to last choice.
It is just a safety net, you probably won’t need it if u have put in yr first 5 choices sensibily but just in case u have speculated on how the COP will go and it didn’t turn out as expected, u are somewhat insured. -
Dear Parents,
My DD t-score is 254 +3 with option to choose SAP schools.
Looking at IP stream, the choices are limited.
My option for choices:
1.Cedar IP
2. DHS IP
3. Cedar O
4. TJC
5. Nan Chiau
6. ?
Any opinions? -

Congrats!! :rahrah: ESIS cut off is 260, right?[/quote]
Just reach home from work, missed out all the drama! But yes, dd2 can go dream school with subsidies. The latter is pretty much needed but unexpected cos I thought the cut off is higher. Sibei Heng.peasants:

Any recommendations ( O Level ) for 246
Victoria School – O-levels (boys) – 246
Anderson Secondary School (co-ed) – 245
Bukit Panjang Govt. High School (co-ed) – 244
St. Joseph’s Institution O-levels (boys) – 244
Do we consider order same as above, what would be best 5 and 6 position in North -

Nan Chiau High School SAP (co-ed) – 243
Chung Cheng High School (Yishun) (co-ed) – 238
Yishun Town Secondary School (co-ed) – 235
Based on the above, I doubt you will receive a posting that's beyond the 4th choice.
