Hi,Some may get 14+ especially if skinny.I had a cousin who got at 16,she is a small built girl. Now a mom of 2 healthy kids.Dont worry too much.If she shows other signs of development and has recent growth spurt you might expect it soon. However if you feel something maynot be on track visit a gynae for opinion to have a piece of mind.

Since your child goes to KKH regularly, maybe can ask her doctor there?

You can just go to the doctor and see if everything is alright with the girl’s harmonies. but I think she’s fine.

She’s still at the age where it’s normal not to have started. My only prediction is anywhere from tomorrow to 3 more years, once she hit 16, if she still haven’t started it’s time to see a doctor.

daughter's menses came when she turned 14. the doctor who saw her for short stature told me it's between 13-15 years of age.

                      More red meat -beef

if u dun mind - kfc ..chicken protein/growth hormones (hear say rumour) .... balance with healthy greens and stay active
