Yes.
Preferably in your ex-school uniform as well
It’s time to let go. -
Whether snowmummy thinks it's time to let go is her choice. She asked a genuine question about whether the school requires parents to be there and I think that deserves a relevant reply. Some parents need to apply for leave in advance if the school needs parents to be there.
Btw, I don't keep my ex-school uniform so need to buy 2nd hand from carousell. :evil:floppy:

I thought so … isn’t there a briefing for parents? If not, can buy books and uniforms. Dun tk DC is capable at this stage to settle these on their own

Hello, adding on to fellow forummers' posts... iirc, the school did give a quick briefing (15min?) targeting parents. For instance: school hours, what to expect on the first day of school, orientation & start of lessons, selection tests (AEP, MEP, HMT), subjects taken in Sec 1, electronic gadget program, forms to be returned, Year Head contact... A more detailed session happens in the new school year.
My child handled his own uniforms, books & stationery purchases, administrative affairs; but to be there physically is a show of support for a new stage of their life. -
Thanks for sharing. Very useful information and advice.

For Sec 1 students who entered by PSLE T-score, not by DSA, are they allowed to join (AEP Art Elective / MEP Music Elective) programme ?
