      Boiled Tian-Qi & Pao-Shen for my DS1 (Sec-1) to drink.. Can I give some to my DS2 (P4) to drink too? Any side effects if the boys eat TQ/PS too young?

      If I'm not wrong, both Tianqi and Paosheng are heaty. I suggest you add in a slice of pear together with the Tianqi and Paosheng

      Pear reduces heatiness and also makes the tea naturally sweeter.

      :B I'm Sec One too btw πŸ˜„

        I think better give around puberty. P4 a bit too young unless there are signs of early puberty. Better consult the Chinese medical hall.

          So you also take Tianqi? If so, when did you start taking?

            For some reason my instincts tell me Tianqi and Paosheng are heaty xD

              Questions on the peanut root soup.

              1. Does it work for boys only? One friend even told me that it could be bad for girls if they drink to much - may affect the fertility. 🀷

              2. Anyone knows where to buy peanut root in Bishan or Toa Payoh?

              TIA.

                I have seen the peanut roots in Bishan North mall market, the vegetable/dry provision stall that also sells organic veg (opposite the fruit stall
                )

                    Peanut roots can be found in all Prime Supermarkets. Every time I go, I will see. The stock usually come on Saturday morning. So if you buy on Saturday, they will be fresher.

                    I also saw them once in a while at Seng Siong. But these days, I don’t see anymore. It depends on luck. So far, I have never seen any in wet market.
