LOL. Genes and diet only i guess. And I eat alot. Imma chubby boy. Wahahaha ๐Ÿ˜‚

Truth is, I actually suck at sports, I always get last in running for my class nor do I play basketball.

I eat alot of calcium. Whenever I go to a Pasta restaurant I empty the whole shaker of Parmesan cheese over my pasta :B

And I like drinking milk too. Sometimes when I drink coffee (yes I do) I add alot of milk inside to make it more fragrant.

My elder brother is the tallest in the family. 1.91m ๐Ÿ˜“

My other family members all around 1.73m.

Anyway, here is my sleepin routine:

        Primary School
        Bedtime: 10pm
        Wake Up: 6.20am

        Secondary School
        Bedtime: 10pm
        Wake Up: 5.50am

I sleep about 8 hours everyday. But I still feel tired.

        Imma lazy pig ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Eh, your description above, abit too much info, leh.

Ya boy...my 9 year old gasped when she read it.... :censored:

What on earth is your daughter doing beside you whilst you are using the computer XD ๐Ÿ˜‚

That's called a part of life. Your daughter will have exposure to it or have hair growing on her private parts sooner or later anyway.

If I'm not wrong, both Tianqi and Paosheng are heaty. I suggest you add in a slice of pear together with the Tianqi and Paosheng

Pear reduces heatiness and also makes the tea naturally sweeter.

              :B I'm Sec One too btw ๐Ÿ˜„

I think better give around puberty. P4 a bit too young unless there are signs of early puberty. Better consult the Chinese medical hall.

For some reason my instincts tell me Tianqi and Paosheng are heaty xD

Questions on the peanut root soup.

                      1. Does it work for boys only? One friend even told me that it could be bad for girls if they drink to much - may affect the fertility. ๐Ÿคท

                      2. Anyone knows where to buy peanut root in Bishan or Toa Payoh?

                      TIA.

I have seen the peanut roots in Bishan North mall market, the vegetable/dry provision stall that also sells organic veg (opposite the fruit stall
                        )
