Sorry, did't monitor 2C numbers.

Definitely 100% balloting. My guess is, there will be about 35 applicants vying for 20 vacancies. If you can stomach it, then go for it. If unsuccessful, then it'll be 2CS for you and your choices are limited.

Otherwise go for the safer option and apply for Marymount Convent.

I am considering Maris Stella as the numbers are looking hopeful for 2B (but it may be that I am reading them wrongly). Last year there were 53 applicants and fewer vacancies left at 2B phase. This year, it seems there are 55 slots left for 2B.... and if there are less applicants than last year, folks like me who are >2km might stand a chance at 2B!

St Gabriel is probably a safe fallback at 2C and no need to try at 2B if you wish to try for balloting success at Maris Stella in 2B. Is WhatsApp group effective? Existing parents like me, are already super busy with our HP bombarded every day with WhatsApp msgs from our class chat (Hello! What the homework today ah? When is the next test ah? Excursion what to bring ah?)


We won’t want to join any group that keeps asking us for past stats/live update of breakdown.

As for those parents registering this year, I also doubt they will join. Maybe join to receive updates. But who will post especially those who are your competitors holding their cards close to their chests?
