Hi. I’m quite confused for the P1-IS. It says :


- both parents have valid SingPass with 2FA setup
- both parents are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents at the time of your child’s birth

I am currently SPR and the husband is Citizen. However, at the time of my daughter’s birth, I am not PR yet. With the requirements above stating ‘BOTH’, does it mean we are not eligible to register via P1-IS?

Yup. You have to register at the school.
