I also tried to taper down the numbers. Say 80 is 20% lesser than last year, expect somewhere around 130-140 applicants. Good chance for SC staying near. PR, need monitor closely.

For this year, starting figure 121 vacancies, is lesser than dragon year number.

Thought there is a chance for ballot, do be mindful that you may be having a few last minute parents rushing in to register as the odds at the two ACS schools may not be good, thus squeezing you out and you would have wasted your 2C chance. Do be on your toes.
