on the last day of Phase 2C, towards the last hour towards 4.30 pm,
the trend observed was, the number increased at a rapid pace for SC living outside 2 km.
The numbers jumped quickly, many SC > 2km @ P2C know they need to ballot, mentally -

may i know if there any feedback on RGPS student care? I heard P1 is guaranteed entry only. P2 and above is case by case basis? May i know the criteria for consideration?

most likely balloting is for >2km and odds range around 1.5X to 2+ (plus abit) times per slot. Phtthp is the expert here.

I think last year (2018 dragon) the chances for >2km were 30%, 69 peeps fight for 21 seats (3.3X) .
