Expect to see overall numbers to fall instead of increase by day 3. When the <1km folks filled up the spots, people need to withdraw.[/quote]There are always parents who are ‘blur’ or ‘bo chap’ , just register and wait, never monitor any number and end up wasting 2C chance.

I just called the school and they informed me balloting is required for Singapore citizens within 1km. Those btw 1-2km can withdraw their applications liao.
