Highest i scanned so far is 60-62% i think (not this year). Mathematically not impossible since 40 places given to 2B and 2C

The below is stated in MOE website. Basically in order to fulfil the below conditions, the capacity will be phase 1 + 40 places or the pre-defined places whichever is greater

You have another child currently studying at your preferred school.
Note: All children registered under this phase are guaranteed places in the schools.

Note: We will reserve 20 places in all schools for Phase 2B to ensure continued open access to all primary schools.

I am within 1-2km for st Hilda’s and yu neng. Currently I’m also looking at SACC (since it’s easier to get in!). However my friends have been asking me to try St Hilda’s or at least Yu Neng.. should I? I have a set of twin girls so would need 2 seats 😂😂

I think your friend didnt highlight a very important point: in order to have a chance, you need to stay within 1km of St hilda and Yu neng, then you have a balloting chance. If you remain at your location and try, it's trying for 0 chance.

2B (1-2km) is safe for Yu Neng, and might need ballot for SHPS. But if you gonna register in 2020, it's too late for PV and GRL. how you getting 2B?

I was refering to 2C.

For 2B Yu neng is good chance for 1-2km folks but Yu neng closing date for PV is 31 May 2019 for next year intake.
St hilda - since its not catholic school, i am not sure how will you be eligible for 2B.

St Hilda’s is an Anglican school. U probably need to join St Andrew’s Cathedral or another Anglican Church...

and also need to shift within 1km to have a chance - as 2018, the balloting with done for those within 1km.
