Went to Temasek and at 3:45pm, over 40 for 20 seats.

Opera estate is at capacity but no exact number was shared. Sc safe, Pr likely to ballot

Opera Estate is usually the back-up option (Phase 2CS) for a lot of people. Guess, folks who lost out at the Phase 2C ballot will have to go back to the drawing block in Phase 2CS.


Yup only this time no seats at 2CS at Opera.
