My daughter said the last question for EL oral stunned her… seems that it had nothing to do with the poster which was about comp lab rules… she was asked about two dates which she would not forget. So she asked the examiner to repeat the question and the question was the same… quite strange.

            English Oral Questions:

            1) What does the poster reminds us to do?

            2) How can u make the poster more attractive to others?

            3) Have u ever forgotten something before?

            4) How do u help ur family / peers not to be forgetful?

            5) Which date would u never forget?

These were the questions which were posed to my girl.

I also find that it is quite unfair for students taking CL on day one and English on Day two.

Exactly. One whole batch gets easy, other whole batch, difficult.
This is where they should score.
                  Now this is affected.

Oral passage contains the word \"Sheepishly\". My girl had a hard time pronouncing it . Her tongue got entangled .. 😂

Sometimes tough is good. Easier to score as long as you talk and look confident. If it's easy, it's hard to differentiate oneself from so many other students - more difficult to score higher marks.

Yes but if the topic is inherently one that doesn’t lend itself well to conversation then try as they might, scoring will be difficult.

Compare reading where they can talk about school library, public library, benefits, programs, to lab rules that suddenly jump to a date you don’t forget.
