No news on my side but from previous years they call back only a small group who need remediation, not supplementary.

Also, would you recommend a book to practise English listening compre?

Cos there is no past year papers , so why not just sharpen the child's ears a bit which is so worn out from all this psle psle psle preparation.............
I use P6 Marshall Cavendish LC and past PSLE EL LC papers to help dd practise.

For Chinese LC, I use the one with CD from Popular , cost more than $15 but less than $18.

Prelim EL LC, score 20/20. Prelim CL LC score 20/20.

EL LC is easy to score if you listen carefully and comprehend what the questions are asking for.

2016 PSLE EL LC - Extract 7 passage is about forgetfulness and bears a close resemblance to 2019 PSLE EL Oral Day 2 topic.

The prelim exams over and results are in. Some cried over their marks in class and they are students who perform very well. Parents, if you are reading this, please take a step back and monitor your children’s emotional aspect and your pressure on them caused them to break down in school without your knowledge. Even if parents do not give pressure, the pressure from teachers and peers can be too daunting. Take a moment to reflect fellow parents and educators.
Were the papers tough or the kids performed below their own expectations? It’s tough to Get high marks, but even tougher to maintain the high Marks consistently. I think those kids who are consistently expected to perform at tip top condition can really be stressed out. We are humans after all, not robots.

My DC said her teacher said MOE asked them not to set difficult prelim papers this year to stress the kids… don’t know if she heard wrongly…
